When you call the incident line

What happens in the first day

Your call is answered in the same room that monitors 31 of our assets in real time, so the operator can see pressures, alarms and camera feeds while you talk.

  1. 0 min

    An operator answers

They ask where you are, what you can see, hear or smell, and whether anyone is hurt. If you can see a pipeline marker post, read out its ID number.

  2. Under 5 min

    The site responds

The operator can shut in wells and isolate pipeline sections remotely while the site's emergency response team is called out.

  3. Under 1 hour

    Authorities are informed

We notify the regulator and local emergency services as the law requires, and contact nearby homes and businesses if they need to take action.

  4. Within 24 h

    We follow up with you

A named community liaison officer calls you back to explain what happened and what we are doing about it.

Four steps to becoming an approved Arkhos supplier.

We buy equipment and services for 14 producing hubs, three refineries and two LNG plants. Registration is free, and companies based in our host countries are reviewed on the same terms as global contractors.

  1. About 30 minutes

    Register on the supplier portal

Create a company profile on Arkhos SupplyNet and list the categories you supply. You can save your progress and return at any time.

You will needCompany registration number, tax ID and a bank verification letter.

  2. 2 to 3 weeks

    Pre-qualification

Answer the questionnaire for your category. We check financial standing, capacity, references and certifications, and may ask for a short capability call.

You will needTwo years of accounts, three client references and your ISO certificates.

  3. 2 to 4 weeks

    HSE and compliance review

Our HSE team reviews your safety performance and management system. Compliance screens owners and directors for sanctions and bribery risk. Offshore and well services include an on-site audit.

You will needThree years of TRIR and LTIF data, your HSE policy and ownership structure.

  4. Valid for 3 years

    Approved vendor list

Approved suppliers join the vendor list for their categories and receive invitations to tender. We review performance every year on safety, quality, delivery and cost.

After approvalA contract-specific induction and an annual performance review.

Answers to what people ask us most.

If your question is not here, send it through the enquiry form and we will route it to the right team.

Or email

Can I visit one of your sites?

Our operating sites are closed to the public for safety and security reasons. Schools, universities and professional bodies can request a guided visit to the Bayshore refinery visitor centre in Corpus Christi or the operations centre in Houston.

Send a general enquiry at least six weeks ahead with your group size and the ages of any students. Every visitor completes a short safety induction and wears the protective equipment we provide.

Do you sponsor events or community groups?

Yes, through the Arkhos Community Fund. It supports science and engineering education, local health services and environmental restoration in the communities near our operations.

We review applications every quarter, and the next deadline is 15 January 2027. We do not sponsor political organisations, individuals, or events outside the areas where we work.

How do I check the status of my job application?

Sign in to your candidate account on our careers page to see the status of each application. Most candidates hear from us within three weeks of a vacancy closing.

Arkhos never asks candidates for money or bank details at any stage of recruitment. If someone does, report it to careers@arkhosenergy.example.

How can I get images or footage for publication?

The media library in our newsroom holds high-resolution photographs of our assets, leadership portraits and broadcast footage. They are free for editorial use with the credit "Arkhos Energy".

For anything else, including requests to film at a site, contact media relations at least five business days ahead.

I live near one of your sites or pipelines. Who do I talk to?

Every operated asset has a community liaison officer. Choose "Community and land" in the enquiry form, tell us the nearest town or the ID number on the closest pipeline marker post, and your local liaison officer will contact you.

Landowner payments, right-of-way access, noise and traffic all go to the same team. We log every case and track it until it is closed.

When will my invoice be paid?

Our standard terms are 30 days from receipt of a valid invoice that quotes the purchase order number. You can track the status of every invoice in SupplyNet.

If a payment is more than five business days late, email suppliers@arkhosenergy.example with the invoice and purchase order numbers. Accounts payable will reply within two business days.
